TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following are the Terms and Conditions that you must abide by for use of the TELIER online store.

If you cannot agree with these Terms and Conditions for the online store then you are not authorized to use it.

PAYMENT

TELIER only accepts orders through the shop's order system. All payments including shipping and handling fees must be made through the order system. Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and will be added separately to every order. For international shipments you may incur additional customs charges according to your country of origin. TELIER is not responsible for these potential additional customs charges.

SHIPPING

All products are shipped insured worldwide via US postal service or UPS. You will be notified of the status of your order when it is received (together with payment) and when the item is shipped. Products readily in stock will ship within 48 hours of purchase. Products that are not readily in stock will generally require 2-4 weeks production time. Expect to receive product within 3-5 weeks. Shipping times depend on the respective carrier. TELIER cannot guarantee specific delivery times. If your order has not arrived in longer than 5 weeks please reach out to us via our contact page with your order details.

TELIER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a tracking number is provided the package becomes the responsibility of the carrier and customer.

PRICES

Prices are as stated on the website and do not include shipping and handling. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

WARRANTIES, RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

TELIER does not provide any warranties, refunds or exchanges.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to the functionality of our shop. Any exceptions will occur on a case by case basis.
